Problem: Employees are working from home more and more and need tips on how to be most productive and focus. 

Solution: This animation video gives concrete objectives to successfully work from home such as having a dedicated workspace, creating a routine, using the pomodoro method and limiting distractions.

Solution: This interaction allows the learner to access and assess learned information in a fun and engaging way.

Employee Assistance Program

Video

Problem: Many corporations have Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), but less than 10% of employees take advantage of this free program to get assistance with major stressor of life. 

Solution: This video will be used to promote the EAP for employee use, thus reducing absenteeism and increasing productivity in the business.

Game

Problem: Many courses use flashcards to learn vocabulary and assess with standard matching, this does not engage the learners at a high level. 

Solution: This game allows users to assess learning in a fun and engaging manner. 

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360 

Saw Safety

Job Aid

Problem: Hawthorne Glen has volunteers and students who work with hand saws on the property. This training is intended to build confidence and safety for those who use handsaws. 

Solution: Learners who take this training will be able to safely use a handsaw.

Positive Work Environments

Job Aid

Problem: Metro Insurance has noticed a turnover in staff, and after surveying employees they have determined employees do not have a positive view of the work environment. 

Solution: Supervisors will engage in this course to learn about how to foster a positive work environment. They will use this job aid in daily work to remind themselves to use the company messaging system to create community among their team.
