Positive Work Environments

Problem: Metro Insurance has noticed a turnover in staff, and after surveying employees they have determined employees do not have a positive view of the work environment. 

Solution: Supervisors will engage in this course to learn about how to foster a positive work environment through team building and why this is so important for them and the company.

Tutoring Adults: What You Need To Know

Problem: Wisconsin Literacy had an eLearning training for new tutors of adults, but it was outdated and not very interactive. They had 3 different courses that new tutors could use.

Solution: This eLearning course updated information tutors need to know and made interactions which will increase participation, engagement and retention for more successful tutoring sessions.

Problem: Management has noticed a gap in leadership in using themselves and mentoring soft skills in the corporate setting.
